In these days when the temperatures on the thermometers are beginning to fall, we have set out to carry on this year too donating straw briquettes to a number of families in need.

Why STRAW BRIQUETTES?

Advantages:

1. Calorifically efficient 1 tonne of straw briquettes is similar, in terms of the heat given off, to 2 tonnes of hardwood or 3 cubic metres of wood or 5 stacked cubic metres.

2. Cheap

On the other hand, a tonne of briquettes is worth half as much as a tonne of coal and 2.5 times less than 600 cubic metres of natural gas.

2. Easy to use

The standardised shape of straw briquettes makes them easy and convenient to use in tiled stoves, boilers, ovens and so on.

3. Easy to transport and store

Straw briquettes can be kept and stored indefinitely. They must be protected from damp, and the surplus left over from one winter can also be used the following winter.
