Why are NGOs important?

NGOs step in to make up for the powerlessness of the state and to act where it is unable, or where it does not have the resources, the skill or the delicacy needed. But these NGOs cannot exist without money from sponsors, without the civic involvement of each one of you. Sponsorship out of tax costs companies nothing; that is precisely the beauty of sponsorship.

When can sponsorships be paid?

During the year, at the end of each quarter, by direct payment to the NGO (31 March, 30 June, 30 September, 31 December) on the basis of the sponsorship contract.

Annually, through redirection by ANAF of the sums not distributed, on the basis of filing the new Form 177 (see OPANAF 1679/2022).
